Awards in the GREAT PLACE TO WORK ® competition

Exceptionally attractive working conditions and an outstanding corporate culture have now earned SAP consultancy CALEO victory in three categories in the Great Place to Work® 2022 competition. The award, also known as the "Employer Oscars," went to the internationally active consulting firm in the categories "Best Employer in ICT," "Bavaria's Best Employer" and "Best Employer Small Medium-Sized Businesses.

We are proud to be recognized for the fifth year in a row for our constant commitment to creating positive working conditions. We will continue to ensure that we create a conducive atmosphere as an employer. Because we know that an attractive corporate culture that promotes commitment and innovation is central to the best possible project results for our customers and lasting economic success.

CALEO convinced the jury this year as one of the best employers in small and medium-sized enterprises and in the ICT industry. In addition, the efforts to make working conditions attractive and future-oriented were rewarded with a place on the winners' podium in the state competition "Best Employers in Bavaria".

Corporate culture that scores: CALEO wins three categories in the 2021 Great Place to Work® competition - for the fourth time in a row. This year, we received awards in the categories "Best Employers in ICT", "Bavaria's Best Employers" and "Best Employers Small and Medium-Sized Businesses". The award was given to companies that stand out for their outstanding corporate culture.

The awards confirm that we are on the right course. Because we know that an attractive corporate culture is the cornerstone for steady growth. CALEO has been awarded in this year's Great Place to Work® competition "Best Employers in ICT 2020" and in the competition "Bavaria's Best Employers" for the third time in a row in the category of companies with 1 - 49 employees. This was announced on 25.03.2020 by the Great Place to Work® Institute Germany. On 01.04.2020 the award as one of the best employers in Bavaria was announced. The award was given to companies that offer their employees a particularly good and attractive corporate culture.

CALEO employees were surveyed anonymously on key workplace topics such as trust in managers, quality of cooperation, appreciation, identification with the company, professional development opportunities, compensation, health promotion and work-life balance.

A total of 139 companies of all sizes and industry segments took part in the current Great Place to Work® industry competition "Best Employers in ICT 2018". They submitted to a voluntary audit of the quality and attractiveness of their workplace culture by the independent Great Place to Work® Institute and the verdict of their own employees. The list of the best employers was determined from the total field of participants (benchmarking differentiated by company size). All participants benefited from the differentiated assessment and the impetus for further development as a good and attractive employer, irrespective of their ranking on the best list.
