This entails the implementation and accompaniment of all phases of a project, from planning and realization, to testing, up to the roll-out of the application. There are several reasons why only a holistic approach can ensure optimal value for the client. First of all, it guarantees unconditional commitment. Because after the design phase of a project Caleo will generally also be available for its implementation, all clients can be certain that only such concepts will be developed that can actually be implemented. Secondly, a holistic approach will ensure optimal communication between all phases of a project and prevent “friction losses”. Misunderstandings regarding the scope of responsibilities of individual parts of a project will also be avoided.

The detailed technical design provides the core documents for implementing and testing the future solution. During detailed design all aspects will be specified in detail. | |
After finishing the design the new solution will be built (also called implementation). Each part will be built to satisfy the requirements laid out in the detailed design document. | |
Testing ensures that the newly designed processes and the newly implemented application meets the requirements. Testing will be performed under realistic conditions (i.e. with real data and the help of the future users). | |
After the application has been successfully validated in the test phase it will be rolled out into the organization. Training will be conducted and documentation will be created. |
